YOUR SATISFACTION WITH THE DIVISION OF WORK RESPONSIBILITES IN YOUR BUSINESS RELATIONS
Excerpted from ENTREPRENEURIAL COUPLES: Making It Work at Work and at Home.
The following is a list of tasks and responsibilities that are common in running a business. Even if you are not involved in running a business with your spouse, you may find the quiz helpful in assessing your satisfaction within your
entrepreneurial venture or in a business partnership with someone else. For each area of responsibility, circle whether you are "Satisfied" or "Dissatisfied" with the arrangement you and your spouse (or other business partner) have made with regard to who actually handles each item.

Evaluating Your Responses
Notice where you are satisfied and dissatisfied. In my study all copreneurs were satisfied with the division of work responsibilities even if the division was inequitable. How do you compare? Obviously, if there is some dissatisfaction it may be useful to discuss your feelings with your business partner so that you can avoid unresolved power struggles.
Summarizing Remark
Write one sentence or a brief paragraph summarizing what you learned from this exercise and what you want to change.
